Digital Poster Competition Rules & Guidelines
- Last date: 8th March 2026
- Registration: Required via Google Form
- Original entries will be given more weightage over AI assisted ones
- The judges’ decision will be final.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to participants within the specified age/category criteria.
- Each participant can submit only one poster.
Poster Requirements
- Original work created by the participant is given higher weightage compared to AI- assisted work.
- Plagiarism or use of copyrighted images from the internet is not allowed.
- Posters should clearly relate to the given theme/topic.
Format Specifications
- File format: JPG / PDF/ PNG.
- Ensure high resolution (minimum 300 DPI).
Design Guidelines
- Posters must be digital creations (no scanned hand-drawn artwork).
- Text should be readable and visuals clear.
Submission Rules
- Submit before the deadline; late entries will not be accepted.
- Entries must be submitted through the google form only.
Judging Criteria
- Creativity and originality
- Relevance to theme
- Visual impact and design
- Scientific/content accuracy
- Clarity of message
Disqualification
- Plagiarized content will be disqualified.
- Incomplete or incorrect submissions may not be evaluated.
- Multiple entries from the same participant may lead to disqualification.
Results & Prizes
- Winners will be announced on the our social media channels and official website.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
In the case of participants outside Bangalore, coupon passes to visit the GROW Lab will be given to the winners. The date and time of the scheduled visit will be communicated to the winners, but travel expenses must be borne by the winners.
