I am a Keratoconus Patient and normally the doctor have to be patient enough to get things work in my case as taking out my eyes power is not that normal.Narayana doctors were very well trained professionals I Very happy with the servicegenerally don’t go everywhere but this hospital will be in my list if something happens to my eyes.and they just did the work for me.

I had given 5 star to Narayana Nethralaya a year ago. Today October 4 2020 visited again for eye redness problem. seems now the medicine suggested are beyond the requirement and bit expensive. Pharmacy doing medicine business excellent. they give medicine 10 ml if they dont have 5 ml where as the prescription is for 15 days( for which 5 ml is more than sufficient) doctors does not write the bottle size in prescription. doctor fee Rs 600 and medicine is Rs 950. For simple red eye problem. The second visit is free of cost with in 7 days where as doctor ask to come on 9th day which is chargeable again Rs600. Disappointed with pricing and loop holes in billing system.

Hospital is hygienic, staff are helpful. They can do better in managing patients, e.g. instead of reporting time for patients they can give appointment time for doctor. After reporting to hospital it easily takes 30 to 45 mins to meet doctor.

The hospital is very professional and methodical in its outlook and upkeep. We had a very satisfying experience at the Banerghata unit. A suggestion for improvement would be : considering that the Corona and its protocols are here to stay for a long time it would be worthwhile to provide a decent waiting space for the person accompanying the patient to the hospital. The present facility provided in the basement parking is not appropriate and has no mobile connection. Would it not be a good idea to improve this facility so that a visit to your facility becomes a great experience in toto. Regards.

Very friendly staff, highly empathetic doctors.We took my disabled sister for an eye check up there first visit fees was around 500 INR (the receptionist gave us an id card and informed next visit onwards the fees will be lesser).my sister was throughly tested by 1 general practitioner and 2 specialists but we were not overcharged for anything other than the one time 500 rs fee.hospital has lot of specialists, barrier free access, a small canteen, optics center.All in all a highly recommended place.

Nice doctor… Listen and understand patient info and reply it accordingly. This our 2nd catract surgery done in Narayana. Very co operative.when I contacted in the night for some query ,they replied instantly and provide the solutions for that.
