It was a great experience at Narayana Nethralaya. The doctors and staff are very patient and hear to us with calm and cool. The facilities are great and very efficient. They have solutions to almost all the major eye problems.

I went to bannerghatta hospital. I had redness in my right side eye due to some infection.when reach there after completing all the necessary process. Got a call from lady doc she checked my eye thoroughly and refer to another lady doc,she checked my eye power then finally i met with my doc. She checked clmy eye and then she prescribed only 2 eye drop.i followed her instructions throughout the week. And my eye redness completely gone. One more thing i have to describe here they are using all the latest instrument. Cost wise it is not so costliest.if u have any problems related to your eyes then blindly u can visit Narayana Netralaya.

One area the hospital can improve is on the transparency on billing. Even though i came through my corporate insurance policy i wanted to know the breakup of all expenses wrt the surgery which includes the surgeon charges, operation theater charges, lens cost, nursing charges etc. But it was not so detailed. I feel every one has the right to know that whether the payment is through the insurance company or directly from their pocket and i hope the hospital will take care of it in future
