I had given 5 star to Narayana Nethralaya a year ago. Today October 4 2020 visited again for eye redness problem. seems now the medicine suggested are beyond the requirement and bit expensive. Pharmacy doing medicine business excellent. they give medicine 10 ml if they dont have 5 ml where as the prescription is for 15 days( for which 5 ml is more than sufficient) doctors does not write the bottle size in prescription. doctor fee Rs 600 and medicine is Rs 950. For simple red eye problem. The second visit is free of cost with in 7 days where as doctor ask to come on 9th day which is chargeable again Rs600. Disappointed with pricing and loop holes in billing system.
