We had our father’s cataract surgery in this hospital. At first we had shown to Dr. Nandini and then surgery was done by Dr.Himanshu.Pros:Dr. Himanshu is very empathetic. You can ask for him for cataract related issues.
Staffs are prompt and good as well.Service is fast.Cons:The COO is very rude and even makes patient party more worried when asked questions.He gives lame explanations and excuses and doesn’t try to listen to patient’s concern. He should be giving confidence to them rather than making them feel frustrated.The insurance team also speaks over and over the same thing. Even if patient has a different scenario to discuss.

Overall excellent experience..I recommend to another also for this type of best service..Doctor Himanshu Matalia..too much satisfied after meeting with this type excellent personally..surgery went well..Recommend

Dr. himanshu matalia was the best, Al the staff are friendly and helpful.But the insurance department and their procedures are ridiculous, had to pay cash even though v had cashless facility, staffs were supportive but couldn’t clear the issue because of the procedures.Hope it will be sorted soon

Thanks to Dr. Himanshu Matalia and Dr. vikash at opd 4 was very nervous at first but after my eye surgery to correct my Keratoconus and the addition of Scleral contact lenses my life has changed with in three years. Before I couldn’t see a puddle within two or five feet of me but now I can see great distances with 20/20 vision and continue schooling not to mention that I can live a more fulfilling life now and soak in the experience of visual images in the world.
