Got cataract surgery done for my father at Narayana Nethralaya, Bommasandra. Was a great experience from the entire staff from eye tests, pre surgery work up and the surgery. Pretty cordial and helpful staff and extremely coordinated procedure. Dr. Himanshu demonstrated high professionalism and cordial interactions and clarity on the procedure and steps taken. What I observed is doctor and staff work like a family, when one of the patients waiting was talking in rude tone about one of the support staff, Dr. Himanshu and polite and firm in saying that my staff is my family and one shouldn’t speak like that. Overall a great and pleasant experience of going through the surgery process.
