I would like to share my experience regarding Lasik Surgery under Dr. Himanshu Matalia. I was wearing my glasses for almost 25 years. I was facing a lot of difficulties without my glasses. My vision was not good without glasses. So I came here and got an opinion about the surgery from the doctors. I went several tests which takes almost 4- 5 hours. Then after one week, I had surgery. The surgery was about 10 minutes and which is painless. All the procedures were done in a very smooth way and the doctors and the staff explained about the surgery to me and they cleared all my doubts. I would like to thank Dr. Himanshu Matalia and all the staff members for their support and guidance. I thank Narayana Nethralaya for getting back my full vision. I’m very happy and overall I had a very good experience.

This hospital is very streamlined in its Procedures and Process. I thank Dr.Himanshu Matalia for prompt diagnosis and good surgery. I and family thank him for his great service towards society.

My father recently underwent cataract surgery, doctor Himanshu Matalia is best and the surgery was successful and there are no issues.But the insurance team is pathetic and they just delay the process a lot.Being a big reputed hospital I feel such delays and process issues shouldn’t happen and needs improvement.We faced this issue twice for both the eyes and there is no improvement even after submitting the feedback.

Narayana Netralaya Bommasandra @doctor Himanshu..While I have a valid appointment booked in the name of Doctor Himanshu and I have reported on time religiously,Irrespective of my power I have booked an experienced doctor Doctor Himashu for me, I have been sent to other doctor’s chamber (not aware of the name a well less experienced or whatever) while I have booked for a specific doctor I should have been sent to that particular doctor’s chamber
Not to other,However doctor Himanshu Visited to other doctors cabin and Checked, Nevertheless, drops prescribed by other doctor not Doctor Himanshu.Narayana don’t do this, while one have booked an appointment for a specific doctor that particular doctor should treat religiously in his cabin and should not be sent to other doctor for whom I did not book my appointment, if I had to visit her I would have visited months back I would not have been waiting for Doctor Himanshu.
