My Father-In-Law had eye irritation and watery eyes due to block in the tear duct. We visited Narayana Nethralaya Rajajinagar and got appointment with Dr. Anjali Kiran. She is a thorough professional, understood the problem and suggested the DCR surgery for the same. We got the clear explanation about it. We fixed the surgery date and got it operated by her after two weeks. We visited her again after a month and got the clearance to go ahead with the cataract surgery (another problem). This hospital is process oriented and reduces waiting time. Almost all the information is fed into the system, which helps while moving between departments for various tests. The charges and payment is transparent, which helps us to plan our budget accordingly. Thanks to Dr. Anjali Kiran and staff.Excellent service at Narayana Nethralaya again. This is our third surgery at NN. Dr.Rohitha Nayak has done cataract surgery for my father-in-law on left eye in June 2022. Now she has done the surgery (Jan 2023) on right eye too. She has handled it exceptionally well. Thanks to Dr. Rohitha Nayak and all NN staff.
