Had a lovely experience at Narayana Nethralaya for cataract surgery for my father. We came via ECHS and the entire process was smooth, streamlined. The staff is very professional, courteous, prompt and perceptive. Lot of empathy and patience is followed by everyone in all departments be it nurses, doctor, counsellors, insurance, helpdesk, customer care, billing etc. Dr Rohita Nayak performed the surgery for my father and mother and it was a smooth process, she was very patient and understanding. No extra processes, no ambiguity, complete transparency. Great experience. Recommend for all. Had been to another hospital previously and the difference in service, treatment and quality was like night and day. This place runs like clockwork
