I am Venkatesh A. I recently underwent an eye operation at Narayana Nethralaya, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore – 76. Dr. Sneha Sengupta, who operated on my left eye is exceptional with her skill and expertise on the operation table. Her polite demeanours coupled with her excellent communication skills are out of the ordinary. Sneha kept me informed at every stage of the operation. The entire operation lasted less than 20 minutes and after the operation, she communicated to me that ‘the operation is successful’.
