I had cataract surgery in sep 2018 and Oct 2018 in both the eyes, by Dr Narendra, and I had excellent time in operation theatre, by staff in operation theatre, needless to say about the Doctor, who took full care till date. In the 2nd operation , I had high pressure in my operated left eye and Dr Narendra was with me all the time, and allowed me to go home after I became normal. Only glaring I have till as problem and all Doctors viz ., Dr Lavanya, Dr Chaitra Arroor, with my Dr Narendra, assisting me to come out of this glaring problem. My father in law was treated by Dr Narendra KP for cataract surgery. We are highly greatful to him and we are very much relieved, as the cataract operated was thick enough and other doctors were thinking to for manual operation, but Mr Narendra gave us lot of confidence and did a laser surgery. Narayana Nethralaya has a great system to coordinate the patients as you don’t have to worry where to go for tests, as their system takes care of everything and you just have to follow whatever they say. Staff is very much helpful n they respect you well. Very important thing I like is they talk to you in local language that is Kannada. Thanks Dr Narendra an Narayana Nethralaya!!

Everything went like clockwork. Well organized. Well equipped, Hygienic, Pleasant environment, well lit, calm music, spacious lounge, plenty of visual aids to educate people about eye ailments, qualifications of surgeons, procedures available etc.
Best of all, everyone starting from counter attendant to the surgeon were very kind.
