I went Narayana Nethralaya after seeing google reviews so I was little afraid about treatment or doctor or charges but after reaching my all prospective changed. This hospital is well maintained with good professional staff from entry to exit as well as clean and well maintained infrastructure. You will get first help from staff on entry gate to know the procedure for registration and all. After that you will get good hospitality as well. I visited in Narayana Nethralaya Bannerghatta Road for cataract surgery of my mother in law under Dr. Sneha Sengupta Ma’am and she was very kind ,humble and very polite with patient and well as with patient’s relatives to explain. The way of explaining about surgery and procedures very expressive and very kind. You will forget your all fear from your mind after taking her. the surgery was smooth and successful. Apart from that there were 2-3 more doctor in treatment and check up procedure so big THANKS to all of you well and Dr. SNEHA SEN GUPTA MA’AM as well.
