I extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Rohit Shetty for his dedicated treatment of my critical eye conditions, resulting in a much clearer vision.I strongly believe that if my case had not been handled by Dr. Rohit Shetty, I wouldn’t be able to see like this, or it could have worsened.1) My case – I struggled for more than a year with a very strange and critical eye condition. Eyeglasses and lenses were not resolving this issue, and no eye specialist in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Thane, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri) was able to treat and take my case I was referred to Dr. Rohit Shetty by my regular eye doctor. He said, “This case is rare, and we don’t know its outcome if we treat it. Overall, in Mumbai, no one will take on this case.” He asked me to consult with Dr. Rohit Shetty once, assuring that he would definitely provide a solution.After consulting with Dr. Rohit Shetty at Narayana Nethrayala in Bangalore, he explained the only solution to this issue, and we wished to implement it. Now, thanks to God’s grace and Rohit Shetty, I can see everything more clearly.This is very emotional for me because I went through it for a very long year without any eyeglasses and lenses support.2) Exceptional staff & Hospitality – I really want to thank Narayana Nethrayala’s staff. This is a one-of-a-kind hospital that I have witnessed with such great love and gesture.From start to end, with whomever I interacted, everyone was so kind and respectful. Everyone was well-versed in their work and responsibilities, and this is very rare to witness such hospitality nowadays.3) Workflow – Their workflow structure is well-designed, with zero chances of you getting missed out at any stage.
