I had a corrective surgery and barrage laser to fix a retinal perforation. The support staff (specifically Ms. Maria and Ms. Sibi P) were cordial, empathetic and very professional. Ms. Sibi was assigned as my post-op counsellor. Very patient and thorough. My surgery was done by Dr. Pooja Kharar and her team. They took time to clearly walk me through the procedure and support me through any concerns. The procedure itself was done smoothly, from the pre-op thorough re-scans to avoid any misses, to the procedure done in the OT.
