Education: B.Com, MBA in Finance / Business Analytics

Position Overview:

• Responsible for analysis of reports, trends, & opportunities of NN – Operations & Financials across all the Units
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profit
• Participate in all service evaluations & review process & Understanding the existing work flow and explore possibilities of process improvements
• Work independently and/or lead a team to identify and present cost avoidance and cost recovery opportunities & Reporting to CEO

1. Hospital Operations – Monthly Reports & Analysis
   1. Executive Report on – Hospital Performance
   2. Departmental Performance Analysis
      1. Stats Analysis
      2. Consultant Performance Analysis
      3. Revenue Analysis
      4. Procedure, surgery, Investigation & etc
2. Service – Monthly Reports & Analysis
   1. 1. Preparing Budgets, Forecasting & Assisting Target Setting
      2. Monthly Budget Variance Report
      3. Monthly Target Analysis & Variance on the same
3. In Addition, above
   • Revenue Cycle analytical, supporting strategic & transactional business decisions
   • Supporting Billing Operations & procedure
   • In Coordination with Human Resources, analyses & present – Departmental Employee Productivity along with monthly departmental Statistics
   • Supporting Business driving operations
   • Patient Costing
   • Cost benefit Analysis – As per Management requirements
