The experience was quite good. We were expecting a long wait time however everything was completed in less than an hour even though there was a good number of people waiting.
Dr. Shilpa Das was also very good. She heard the problem and logically explained the possible reasons and solutions to them. The staff was also very helpful.Overall a good eye hospital. We did not get to experience the complete set of equipments, and hopefully there will be no need for that in the future. However what we could experience gave a positive look to it. Recommend everyone to visit for eye care

Visited Dr Shilpa Das at Narayana Nethralaya Indiranagar branch for a regular check up. The whole process was so smooth. Booked appointment by call at 7am, got a 9:30am slot, reached on time and everything was completed by 10:15am. Doctor listened to all my problems patiently, checked and explained the issue thoroughly. Assistant at the floor, Tamilarasi, explained medications in simple words and made sure I understood. Recommend the clinic highly.
