Right from the registration, the entire process was very well handled. The whole staff in Narayana netralaya were very helpful and courteous. We had consulted Dr Sathi Devi for glaucoma related issues. She had suggested us to undergo a detail check up and patiently guided us through the entire process and explained our queries in detail. The overall guidance and support was excellent.

Initially I was scared when I heard that I had to get the glaucoma tests done, but when I contacted Dr Sathi Devi, I was so relieved. She explained me everything in depth and did the laser(yag) treatment. It was very smooth and hassle free. I am glad that I visited Dr Sathi Devi.
