I got my ICL done in February, 2022 – Under Dr. Pooja Khamar’s care. Dr. Pooja is not only very skilled but also very empathetic – and would help calm me during the procedure itself.The procedure – while seems a little scary – doesn’t hurt a bit! It’s quick and painless.The entire process from initial assessments until the post-op follow-ups has been very comfortable. I first consulted Dr. Pooja in the indiranagar hospital and was then referred to the rajajinagar hospital for the tests and surgery.The initial assessment requires a day of undergoing different tests and the hospital staff made it very comfortable by ensuring minimal wait time, and would even accompany you throughout the day – even though you’d be required to go to multiple departments in the hospital.
Mr. Sunish – is very helpful with the admin work and with any information you’d need before the surgery, he helped me a great deal with the insurance process too!The hospital staff is patient and thorough in explaining the post-op care. The rooms are clean and comfy, and everyone including the cleaning staff is very kind and sensitive to your needs.I’ve had a few follow-ups since the surgery – and though the wait time and coordination in the Indiranagar branch isn’t as efficient as the one in Rajajinagar, the staff is helpful and polite.
