The overall service that I received from the staff at Narayana Netralaya in Rajajinagar was excellent. When I went there, the staff was very kind and helpful in filling the form and completing the registration. The PRO person, Mrs. Nirmala Udupa was extremely kind and walked with us to take us for preliminary eye exam followed by thorough exam by Dr. Ravi Krishna, who is expert on Cataract surgery. Mrs. Nirmala was very helpful in guiding us at the hospital to complete all the formalities. We are highly grateful to her for going out of her way to make us comfortable. Dr. Ravi Krishna gave patient hearing to our concerns and answered all the questions thoroughly. He examined my eyes systematically and explained all the queries we had. I would like to thank profusely Dr. Ravi krishna for his professionalism and expertise in dealing with the patient like me.
