I had my cataract surgery in Narayana nethralaya a month back and my experience is excellent. It is a well managed hospital. Though it was crowded, the patients are guided through the step by step procedure by the well behaved and considerate support staff. Hospital atmosphere and seating facilities are very good. All the required lab facilities and physician consultation are under the same roof. Well experienced staff to handle insurance and corporate requirements. Patient’s records are fed through their software system which automatically facilitates the next course of treatment.The opthalmic equipment they are having are the best. The patient instructions and medications are printed which shows the long experience and confidence they are having in the treatment given to the patients. They are having a team of experienced doctors and each doctor is specialised in a particular area. This gives a special treatment to the patients. My surgery was done by Dr. Ravi Krishna and it was smooth and comfortable. I have recovered completely with out any issues. Thanks to Dr. Ravi Krishna. Overall it was a great experience. I wish that this hospital continues to serve the society for many more years to come.
