We visited Narayana Nethralaya bannerghatta since my mother was suffering from watering and discharge in her left eye. The complete process went so smooth we felt we were at our home . The surgery , External DCR was done by Dr. Moupia. One of the experienced and humble doctor in the organization. Until and unless we understand about the problem my mother had the things which had to done to over come the problem she had us in the cabin and explained each and every point of the surgery which was very important for a patients like my mother who is very scared of doctor and surgeries. She made my mother so comfortable that my mom alone visits hospital for her follow up check ups. And she is fine like before. Best staff ever seen. Thanks a ton to Dr Moupia.
