Great care and treatment provided by the hospital staff and Doctor Chaitra for cataract surgery and follow ups. Hats off to the gentleman in the reception (Mr. L Venkatesh) who patiently asks every patient if everything is ok and even went to the extent of booking a cab back home for my parents when it rained heavily. Very touched by the overall experience, goes to show that healthcare is not just a business.
