Dr Naren Shetty provided excellent service for cataract operation for my dad. The hospital staff were very professional and courteous. Special mention/ shout out to non- medical staff. Ms Padma ( councelling) and Ms Jyothi ( post operative care) were extremely helpful and courteous. The only bad experience was with the security at the main entrance who was extremely rude and aggressive. Granted he has to do his job but his manner addressing patients and attendants was extremely rude and unwarranted. But otherwise overall experience was really good. Would recommend this hospital for all eye related procedures.
