Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience at NN. It’s been more than a week since I got ICL done by one of the well experienced and excellent surgeons, Dr. Naren Shetty. He is very calm, humble, welcoming, listens to all your queries patiently and gives the best of suggestions with expertise and makes sure we leave with 0 doubts. My mother got her cataract surgery under his supervision and she was super happy and pleased. All thanks to Dr. Naren and his team.When I consulted Dr. Naren for the first time, he clearly said I can’t go for lasik as I have high power. So he gave me two options, ICL or IPCL, and ran me through the whole procedure quite precisely and professionally. It was a completely painless procedure. It didn’t feel like I had a lens implanted in my eyes. You gain sharp and clear vision within a few hrs of surgery. Of course, you’ll need some time to get adjusted. No doubt Narayana Nethralaya has been ranked number one for the past so many years.
I was quite surprised by the way they were coordinated, like you have to go to different departments to complete eye check-up for surgery and each person whom you visited knew in and out of your eye and you need not explain. So to that extent, the Drs here are dedicated and passionate about what they do.
Don’t worry about cleanliness and hygiene. They make sure to sanitise the device after every use. The staff here are very caring, friendly and on their toes to give their best at all times.
