We came to hospital for my father in law cataract surgery. From the time we came the first day to till the surgery was done, everything was impeccable. The staff is very very courteous and are not lost as you see in other hospitals. They actually help you to go to the right department with empathy and concern. Counseling and insurance section also give you correct guidance on what is possible and what is not without making any false claims.Dr. Naren Shetty operated on both the eyes and my father in law could see the improvement within a day. Post surgery visit with Dr. Shetty was Excellent and he was very empathetic, warm, patient and down to earth while answering any questions we had. We had heard about him earlier, but got to experience this personally.
