I recently underwent cataract surgery at Narayan Netralaya, Rajajinagar. I found it a hospital with a difference. Dr Naren Shetty is an excellent cataract surgeon- kind, patient and instills confidence. The team of doctors and staff members are efficient and cooperative. I appreciate Mr Sridhar and Mr Nitin at the insurance desk for their quick and efficient service. I thank counsellor Ms Bhanushree for her guidance and concern. Earlier, I had been to their Indranagar branch for a retina check-up. Dr Prathibha Hande is an excellent retina specialist, very encouraging and supportive. A big thank you to all.
