Tldr; Shout out to the wonderful staff I would like to express my compliment and gratitude towards the medical and the non medical staff of Narayana Nethralaya. I got “Implantable Collamer Lens” procedure done here. The entire procedure was quite seamless, and it was maintained throughout the duration of the surgery ensured by the friendly counselor Mr. Sunish V Thomas, who attitude was reassuring and induced a sense of trust in me. The empathy and friendliness displayed by my surgeon Dr. Pooja M Khamar was faith-inducing and is a trait of a doctor that a patient would like to experience. Props to both of them! Props to the insurance staff, namely Mr. Lohit, and the other doctors and personnel involved in the entire process. One also has to appreciate the supporting staff who collectively ensure the well-being of the patient. Narayana Nethralaya seems to treat it service-seekers as patients and not as customers. Baring a few miss co-ordinations, I found out that the overall experience was quite positive and would rightfully deserve a 5-star from a happy patient.
