We got my moms cataract surgery for both the eye here with a 1 week gap for each eye here by Dr.Aishwarya and my mom was very comfortable and also the doctor was very cooperative.. and moms vision is perfectly fine now and she is very happy with it. Before that I have to thank insurance team a lot. Without this I was really not able to manage with my moms both eye operated. Manager Raghu managed so well to process the insurance amount even though I was not able to be there to sign on date..as I was having 2 month old baby. I thank him again for baring my 100 calls and the response from his side for 100 calls was with same patience level. Thanks a lot for the team. And Mr.Sumesh from the counseling team gave us the clear explanation and it helped us to decide quickly without a single thought. He gives a brief information for each and every package prescribed by the doctors. Thanks a lot Sir. Mainly on the covid test to talk is they provide the most hygienic environment inside the hospital. Each and every chairs are cleaned often as soon as the people get up from the chair.
