Cashless hospitalization facility where the eligible medical expenditure incurred by the policy holder is settled by the insurance company directly with the hospital is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in your policy.

Basic Insurance Guidelines
Patients applying for cashless treatment need to submit copies of the following documents.
Identity Card issued by the Third Party Administrator (TPA)
Any Photo Identity Card like Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc
If it is a Corporate – Policy Employee Identity Card, Aadhaar and PAN card of the Employee
After confirming the date of surgery we will apply to the concerned Third Party Administrator for processing the cashless. It takes a minimum of 4 to 8 hours to know the approval status.
In case of Co-Payment or Partial Payment on the Cashless Approval, it will be collected from the Patient before the Surgery.
