I had to undergo a cataract surgery in my left eye. It was a harculean task for me as I am highly claustrophobic. Thanks to the Doctors and whole staff of NN that I got it done without any anxiety. They supported me in all the ways they could……right from the 1st checkup till surgery. I was made to see the OT a day prior so that I get familiarised and feel comfortable. The anesthesist held my hand throughout the surgery so that I do not become anxious while the surgery is going on. In addition to being excellent professionals, the doctor, nurses and the admin staff had a human touch and a personal connect for which they went an extra mile to make me comfortable through the process. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT experience and I would highly recommend this hospital.
