4yr back my both eyes operation done. I am regularly visiting Narayana nethralaya for check up. Now lot of improvement in my vision. Dr yathish sir seeking me now. My Mother is being treated here by Dr. Yathish, Dr.Dhanraj and Dr.Priya. Overall the interaction and experience of visiting here is truly satisfying. All three of the doctors are very genuinely caring and very calm and supportive for any questions. At the same time, they point out the necessity of any immediate surgery or treatment needed without delaying. I would say communication has been very clear. Our day during a periodic check up starts at 8:30 and ends by 11 so for people who travel from far like us, they help to accommodate the time in morning slots which is very supportive. We also saw modification done during this covid situation taking details of patients, sanitizing, the staff wearing PPE etc… Shows that there is value given to people and to what is being offered as service and it’s genuinely appreciable.
