Very good caring and support I have been getting from both doctor and admin for last 5 year. I came with my small 3 month child in July 2018 with full of tears for my child white patches on both eyes.. Dr. Pratibha madam was guide us and made surgery on both eyes to my son and we have world first class treatment in this hospital.. But again I came hospital last week for next surgery I got an unsatisfied experience with insurance department. I have requested for star health insurance and they approved initial amount and assured to pay full package after submission of final bill. But insurance department of this hospital said that I have to pay balance amount before surgery.. I don’t understand what is mean cashless treatment and what is mean network hospital.. If the hospital not believe the insurance company why do they made tie up.. The main purpose of opting insurance is to meet the unexpected hospital expenses without cash.. If you insist to pay where do we go for money… Pls consider my request admin sir… I have to make another surgery in left eye by next week.
