Visited Narayana Nethralaya Bannerghatta Road, for a family member, and was seen in the Aesthetic Clinic by Dr. Moupia Mukhopadhyay for some yellow patches over the eyelid and few lumps on face. Dr Moupia helped remove those and now it’s all good.

I am greatful to dr Moupia. I used to have a lot of swelling in my upper part of the eye below the eyebrow.. There was a lot of swelling and redness and pain in that area. I had visited multiple doctors but nothing was working out. Some doctors suggested me to go for steroids injection as it would help in reducing the swelling but that was just a temporary solution. That’s when I googled for a top doctor in oculoplasty department in Narayana Nethralaya and Dr Moupia’s name came on top of the list. She spoke very nicely and made me understand everything and informed me that I had an auto immune conditionand called DACRYOADENTIS and to know what is the exact root cause of this auto immune disorder she suggested me to go for Biopsy. Dr. Moupia did my biopsy and it was found that I have high level of IgG4 which was the reason of my auto immune disease getting triggered. Dr moupia then suggested me to meet Dr ramesh jois , a rheumatologist or immunologist specialist who would be giving me the medicines. It’s been 4 months that I am eating the medicine and I am absolutely fine now. Currently I regularly visit both the doctors and I am doing well now. Dr Moupia is a gem of a person and everyone should consult her if they are facing any issue with their eye.

I was suffering with watering eyes for quite a few months and it was too much that I had difficulty in my vision as well. I’ve visited few doctors and got referred to Dr Moupia, she explained me about the condition i.e. EPIPHORA and suggested for Botulinum Toxin Injection (BOTOX).
