Great experience overall in Narayana Netralaya Rajajinagar. Service is excellent and treatment also good. My mom got her cataract operation done here. She has Arthritis so had to move around with wheelchair. The staff helped throughout from the time she got off the car till she board the car after treatment and everytime we visit the facility. No follow-ups needed with staff, no unnecessarily holding or waiting even though there will crowd. DR Aishwarya helped with the operation, was so smooth and quick my mom doubts if operation did happen or not 😀
