Dr. Ashwini Niranjan completed her basic medical training from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum and her Diplomate at National Board followed by long term Glaucoma Fellowship from Prabha Eye Clinic and Research Centre, Bangalore. She also completed an observership in Glaucoma under Dr. George Spaeth from the Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia. Currently she is a Consultant in Glaucoma Service at Narayana Nethralaya-3, Ashok Nagar, Bangalore.

Achievements & Awards

She has presented at state, national and international conferences. Her awards include Best PG paper (2006) and Best video (2010) at the Karnataka State Ophthalmic Conference and Best Overall Paper at the Glaucoma Society of India Conference in 2010.
